So my father in law passed in may of 2024 and we were totally unprepared. One day he was healthy and then gone. My husband has a hard time dealing with making decisions concerning his father so I assumed it would be all on me. My husband went to Identity his father and Jimmy (funeral assistant) was able to walk my husband through everything. My husband came back so relieved and at peace. He said Jimmy was amazing and he was truly grateful. We will always use their services.

I never thought I’d have to be using a funeral service so soon Especially not for my own baby. I was calling funeral homes to get help since I’ve never used a service before and was greeted so politely. It was a very sad moment for me but I’m very grateful for the kindness and compassion Sarah showed my husband and I and also reassuring me that my baby was okay every time I asked. I know this is not something we look forward too but if needed I definitely recommend working with them. They are great communicators and the pricing is by far the best as well. Thank you cano team especially Sarah I really appreciate everything you guys did for us.

After my father’s passing my family and I contacted Cano Funeral Home. They were able to pick up my father the same day we contacted them. Throughout this whole process they were all professional and attentive to our needs. The entire staff was kind and understanding. They treated us with compassion and care. Paulina and Daniel went above and beyond what we thought was possible. They were accommodating to our requests and answered any questions we had. They guided us every step of the way. They were in constant contact with us to make sure our family’s wishes were followed. We felt comfortable that our father was in good hands. They gave our grieving family the best care possible. They were able to fulfill my father’s wishes for his burial. My father looked so peaceful at his viewing, we took comfort in knowing that we had made the right choice. I cannot express how thankful we are to the entire Cano Funeral Home staff.

The worst day of my life was having to go to Cano funeral home . I knew my momma was dying and this needed to be done. I was sick to my stomach having to do this but when I opened the door I was greeted by a young woman named Paulina she was soft spoken and had such a caring voice. The night my momma passed away two men came to get her a young man and a older man , I wasn’t ready to let her go it was so hard the older man helped me change her shirt and I asked if they could wrap her in a blanket so she won’t be cold which they did. They were so kind. Having to be the one to deal with the death of someone you love is one of the hardest things to do but the people at Cano are the most caring people I’ve ever met. My momma passed away in January, this is May right before Mothers Day they called to check on me knowing this was going to be hard for me, who does that? My mommas wishes were to be creamated, when I went to pick her up I was met by Daniel he was so kind to me when he brought her ashes to me. He walked me to the door. I just want people to know how wonderful the people at Cano make you feel at the worst time in your life. I really don’t know them but I love them. They are true to the heart caring people.

My husband passed away last October. I received a list of mortuaries that was provided by the social worker from Hospice. I called several on the phone to request details but Cano was the most compassionate by far. When I came in to purchase my pre-need, I was impressed with a large service that was going on. A horse and carriage was outside to send off their loved one to the cemetery. Even though the service was going on, the kind woman gave me her full undivided attention and explained every detail. When my husband passed, A gentleman from Cano came promptly in the middle of the night to pick up my husband. Since that time, I have been contacted by Cano a couple of times just to make sure I was okay after loosing my husband. Their kindness made the all the difference in the world.
